Tidigare har han regisserat filmer som &#8221;Alien&#8221;, &#8221;Gladiator&#8221; och &#8221;Robin Hood&#8221;.<br \/>\nManuset till &#8221;The Counselor&#8221; skrevs av Cormac McCarthy som kanske \u00e4r mest k\u00e4nd f\u00f6r att ha skrivit boken &#8221;No Country for old men&#8221; som sedan blev en oscarsbel\u00f6nad film.<\/p>\n<p>Det absolut st\u00f6rsta problemet ligger i en del av texten ovan. Manuset var riktigt d\u00e5ligt! Att Cormac McCarthy kan skriva b\u00f6cker har jag ingen aning om, men att skriva filmmanus var inte hans starka sida.<br \/>\nMan kom liksom aldrig till kritan i den h\u00e4r filmen utan n\u00e4r en fr\u00e5ga st\u00e4lldes i filmen som kr\u00e4vde ett rakt och tydligt svar fick man ofta n\u00e5got ordspr\u00e5k eller tales\u00e4tt till svar, som oftast som alltid uppfattades som obegripligt. Det var inte bara de stora rollerna som hade den h\u00e4r typen av haranger, utan \u00e4ven en del sm\u00e5 roller fick h\u00e5lla l\u00e5da och prata om vad som var &#8221;betydande i en v\u00e4rld som denna&#8221; och det blev helt olidligt.<\/p>\n<p>Det var s\u00e5 synd med en s\u00e5 klockren rollista\/regiss\u00f6r att filmen f\u00f6ll p\u00e5 detta.<br \/>\nSk\u00e5despeleriet var helt ok och det k\u00e4ndes verkligen inte som att de kunde g\u00f6ra mer \u00e4n vad de gjorde f\u00f6r att lyfta filmen.
