”Rock of Ages” \u00e4r regisserad av Adam Shankman som bl.a har regisserat ”Hairspray” men han kanske \u00e4r mest k\u00e4nd f\u00f6r att vara en av jurymedlemmarna i amerikanska ”So you think you can dance”.<\/p>\n
Filmen hade f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttning att bli bra. Duktiga sk\u00e5despelare\/musikalartister, bra musik och ett klassiskt tema.
\nTyv\u00e4rr s\u00e5 var den inte riktigt s\u00e5 bra som jag hade hoppats p\u00e5, utan filmen k\u00e4ndes mest som en enda l\u00e5ng musikvideo.
\nDet som st\u00f6rde mig mest var att alla s\u00e5ngnummer k\u00e4ndes s\u00e5 grymt mycket som playbacknummer a\u00b4la MTV. Soundet \u00e4ndrades helt vid s\u00e5nginsatserna och det blev s\u00e5 tydliga v\u00e4xlingar mellan dialog\/s\u00e5ng att det k\u00e4ndes p\u00e5lagt och lite ”plastigt”.<\/p>\n
Den st\u00f6rsta beh\u00e5llningen enligt mig var Tom Cruise, visst han kanske spelade \u00f6ver en aning, men det k\u00e4ndes i alla fall som att han gav allt. \u00c4ven Alec Baldwin och Paul Giamatti var bra men \u00a0den \u00f6vriga casten k\u00e4ndes inte lite oengagerad och platt.<\/p>\n
Filmen inneh\u00f6ll en del godbitar, de tre sk\u00e5disarna Cruise, Baldwin och Giamatti var helt ok.
\nN\u00e5gra enstaka g\u00e5nger fick jag \u00e4ven den d\u00e4r h\u00e4rliga musikalk\u00e4nslan n\u00e4r n\u00e5gon gick p\u00e5 gatan, brast ut i s\u00e5ng och d\u00e4r de andra gutustr\u00f6varna snabbt sl\u00f6t upp med st\u00e4mmor och andra s\u00e5nginsatser.
\nDe h\u00e4r \u00f6gonblicken var oftast i inledningen av en s\u00e5ng s\u00e5 det var v\u00e4ldigt korta sekvenser och tyv\u00e4rr r\u00e4ckte de inte f\u00f6r att ge filmen ett godk\u00e4nt.<\/p>\n
